Dr. Kostura is passionate about caring for his patients! Born and raised in San Diego, CA, he has been practicing at Dove Canyon Optometry since July, 2003. Dr. Kostura loves helping patients of all ages see their very best. He has extensive experience diagnosing and managing ocular disease as well as fitting patients with specialty and custom contact lenses.

He has been married to his optometry school sweetheart, Dr. Sonia Kostura, since 2001. They reside in Anaheim Hills with their 2 daughters - Tiana (12) and Aliyah (10). In his spare time, Dr. Kostura enjoys backpacking, music, and independent coffee roasters.

He delights in helping people experience life fully by seeing the best they possibly can.

Dr. Liegler's fascination with vision began while taking a High School Photography class. The study of light and the way our brains process the images we see captivated him. To this day, he continues to share this love for learning about optics with all his patients.
​
After receiving his doctorate, he studied at SUNY in New York City for a summer internship in Developmental Vision and later received an advanced Certificate of study for Contact Lenses at the Southern California College of Optometry.
​
Dove Canyon Optometry is a special place for Dr. Liegler as he loves caring for the community in which he lives. His wife, Hilary, is a teacher at Tesoro High School. His three daughters attend college at UCLA and Chapman University.

Dr. Hsia left her career in banking and finance to pursue Optometry because she enjoys serving people on a more personal level. She loves science and everything about the eye. Beyond her expert clinical care, she has also received accolades for her optometric research.
Dr. Hsia enjoys being part of the Dove Canyon Optometry family because the front staff is awesome! Their attention and care to each patient goes above and beyond. She enjoys the teamwork and camaraderie at DCO. Most of all, she loves our patients and how friendly everyone is.
In her spare time, Dr. Hsia loves spending time with her family. She and her husband are busy raising their 3.5 year-old son and 15 month-old daughter. Their dog, Milo, is by far their most well behaved child. Dr. Hsia also enjoys volunteering her skills and time on medical missions trips (Baptist Medical and Dental Missions International) and hopes to bring her whole family on one soon.
